Here’s How We’ll Work Together:
Friday: Strategy & Planning
During our 90-minute strategy session, we'll map out your Kajabi evergreen funnel, review your existing assets, and finalize the tech setup and automations. You'll know exactly what I'll be building over the weekend.
Saturday: Tech Setup & Automations
I'll handle the behind-the-scenes work, including your Kajabi setup, checkout, email automations, and integrations. You can enjoy your weekend while I work, with occasional check-ins if I need your input or approval.
Sunday: Testing & Handoff
I'll finish connecting everything, test the purchase and enrollment process, and provide a walkthrough of your completed setup so you know how everything works.
You'll also receive 14 days of email support for questions or technical issues related to the setup I completed during your Intensive.

I've developed a process specifically for setting up Kajabi evergreen courses and coaching programs, so we can make the most of our three days together.
Each intensive focuses on one evergreen course or coaching program with a defined purchase and enrollment process.
That can include multiple connected pieces, like a lead magnet, email sequences, checkout, and customer onboarding, all working together to support the same offer.
With your materials prepared ahead of time, we can focus the weekend getting everything set up, connected, and tested.
Here's What Your Intensive Can Include:
Kajabi course or coaching setup: One evergreen program, with up to 25 lessons for a course.
Checkout and payment setup: Up to 3 pricing options for the same evergreen program.
Lead magnet setup: One lead magnet, including connecting your opt-in page, form, and delivery process.
Email sequences: Up to 3 sequences, with a combined maximum of 10 emails using your prepared copy.
Automations: The agreed-upon automations needed to connect your lead magnet, emails, checkout, and enrollment process.
Integrations: Up to 3 compatible external tools connected to your Kajabi setup.
Testing: I'll test the agreed-upon setup to make sure everything is connected and working as intended.
What You'll Need to Have Ready
Your offer, a clear plan for promoting your offer, sales and landing pages, email copy, course content, branding, and any other required materials should be ready before your Intensive begins.
I'll take care of the tech setup so you don't have to spend your weekend figuring it all out.

If we're a good fit, I'll send over the agreement and payment details so we can make everything official.
03. Schedule
Once your agreement is signed and payment is received, we'll choose a weekend for your Intensive and get your strategy session and implementation dates on the calendar.
04. Prepare
I'll send over everything you need to prepare, including a checklist of required materials and account access, so we're ready to get started when your weekend arrives.
